 Shish kabobs for pups for July 4th… πŸ–πŸ„‍🟫🍍🍒

 



Ingredients:

  • Lean Beef stew meat
  • Fresh mushrooms (I used baby bella and shiitake)
  • Pineapple chunks
  • Glaze - coconut oil (olive, sunflower or walnut for low fat) + honey
  • Edible skewer (I used asparagus)


Directions:

  • SautΓ© mushrooms in butter till soft (easier to digest)
  • Wisk oil and honey together to make glaze
  • Cut meat, pineapple and mushrooms into bite size pieces and dip in glaze
  • Using knife cut holes in each piece and layer onto skewer 
  • Place on hot grill for 5-10 minutes (depending on how you want the meat cooked)
  • Remove from heat and let cool
