Shish kabobs for pups for July 4th… πππ«ππ’
Ingredients:
- Lean Beef stew meat
- Fresh mushrooms (I used baby bella and shiitake)
- Pineapple chunks
- Glaze - coconut oil (olive, sunflower or walnut for low fat) + honey
- Edible skewer (I used asparagus)
Directions:
- SautΓ© mushrooms in butter till soft (easier to digest)
- Wisk oil and honey together to make glaze
- Cut meat, pineapple and mushrooms into bite size pieces and dip in glaze
- Using knife cut holes in each piece and layer onto skewer
- Place on hot grill for 5-10 minutes (depending on how you want the meat cooked)
- Remove from heat and let cool
